In the Spotlight: Meet Cindy!

An Erstwilder collector since 2015, a true brooch aficionado, and a most wonderful member of our community, Cindy was invited to share her collection and tell us a little about why it brings her joy, in our inaugural edition of the 'In the Spotlight' Museum feature.

Here's what she had to say, "firstly can I say, thank you so much Erstwilder for creating such beautiful pieces of wearable art that I treasure and adore. For me personally, they help me to express myself like nothing else can, they make me smile every day (hence why I show them off so proudly!) and they are such a cute little conversation starter, to say the least."

Here are Cindy's top 3 and why they are so special to her:

The Sumptuous Sunflower (and Follow The Sun necklace)

"I got this piece quite early on in my collection, I won a voucher to a small online store and simply had to get this sunflower for it very much reminds me of my mother whom I lost to breast cancer 17 years ago, they were her fave flower and now are mine. That also goes for why I had to purchase your Follow the Sun necklace when it came out too."

Cherry On Top

"Need I say anymore?! Seriously? PINK GINGHAM CUPCAKE! I’m a huge lover of pink and the biggest sweet tooth and baker/chef so when I went into my local Erstwilder stockist I was actually wearing a pink gingham top - it was like it was meant to be!"

Just One Slice and Lighter Than Air.

"I had searched and searched for your cake brooch close to my mum's birthday a few years ago and to my luck was able to not only purchase the cake piece but the stockist also had the balloon hearts in stock too, I mean how could I resist?! These two are probably my MOST worn pieces for they are my ‘go to’ pieces for birthday parties. And of course, I wore my cake brooch to my special 40th birthday two years ago."
